This piece was created with the intention of bringing its wearer a sense of regality and expansion. Scarce bamboo page (Philaethria dido) the origin of the genus Philaethria is currently unknown. In Greek mythology, Dido was the first Queen of Carthage. They live in rainforest canopies of South America occasionally visiting the forest floor to eat, acting as bridges to heaven and earth.
